Terms of Service — RiRi Daily

By creating an account or using RiRi Daily, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using RiRi Daily

RiRi Daily helps people plan habits, complete check-ins, share progress, and connect with others. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and with consideration for other people.

Your content

You keep ownership of the words, images, video, audio, and other content you submit. You grant RiRi Daily a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you choose, provide safety tools, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share what you upload.

Community Guidelines

RiRi Daily is a place to notice real progress, not to perform perfection.

Be honest. Share check-ins that reflect what you actually did. Do not fabricate evidence, manipulate engagement, or impersonate another person.
Be kind. Disagreement is welcome; harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, and targeted humiliation are not.
Keep it safe. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, encouragement of self-harm or dangerous challenges, scams, fraud, and illegal instructions are prohibited.
Respect ownership. Post your own words and media, or material you have permission to share. Do not violate copyright, privacy, or someone else’s likeness.
Use the safety tools. Report content with useful context and block users when you need distance. Reports are reviewed independently.

Moderation and enforcement

We may limit reach, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk. We may retain limited safety records to prevent repeat abuse or meet legal obligations. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact hansen.sofie02@icloud.com with any relevant case details.

Messages, calls, and safety

Private messages and video calls are intended for respectful connection. Do not use them to threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, or distribute unlawful or harmful material. Use report and block tools whenever you need support, and contact us promptly if there is an urgent safety concern.

Purchases and virtual items

Coins and makeup tickets are digital items used within RiRi Daily. Coins can be exchanged for makeup tickets at the rate shown in the app. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, and refunds are handled under that store’s policies. A verified purchase is credited once; duplicate transaction references are not credited twice. Virtual items have no cash value outside the Service.

Availability and changes

Features may change as we improve reliability, safety, and accessibility. We work to keep the Service available, but maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside our control can interrupt access. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Account closure

You can sign out at any time. To permanently delete your account, use Settings → Account & deletion in the app or contact support for help. Deletion removes account-owned data as described in the deletion flow and cannot be undone. We may retain limited records where required for safety or law.
